Filed for pension in 1890 in Illinois. Died in 1918 in Rockford, Illinois, and wife filed for widow's pension in 1918.

This is my GGG Grandfather through my paternal Grandmother. He was 47 at the time of enlisting, Sep. 8th, 1862. Documentation is not clear, but chance he died in the war Jul. 21st, 1863. He enlisted at Fairfax, Franklin county, Vermont, had a wife, Lucy, and 13 children; Albert, Alfred, Almus, Alvin, Harrison, Hampton, Alonzo, Lucy, Lucia (my GG Grandmother), Sally, Perry, Addie and Roelgene.

What I know is that Oliver was from Swanton, VT, age 31 at time of enlistment 9/11/1862; mustered in 10/10/1862; Pvt. Co. K, 13th VT Volunteer Infantry; and wounded at Gettysburg on 7/3/1863. He was mustered out on /21/1863.
Oliver (or Olivier) was my great uncle.
Any other information on Oliver Parizo (Dalpe-Parizo, Pariseau) would be welcome.
