24th Ohio Infantry

David enlisted May 30, 1861 at Zanesville, Ohio, discharged Juen 21, 1864, was wounded several times, died March 23, 1895 at Leavenworth National Home, buried Ft. Leavenworth National Cemetary, Section 10, Row 5 Grave 5.

Daniel Bailey (1842 - 1892) was captured at the Battle of Nashville and suffered at Andersonville POW Camp until the end of the Civil War.

William H. Bailey (1843 - 1862) was killed 7 April 1862 at the Battle of Shiloh, TN.
