Waldron Scott - Sergeant   
His commanding officer was Captain Russell. His Military Record of Interment indicates that he was a Corporal who was promoted to Sergeant and served with Co. F, 7th Missouri Volunteer Infantry Regiment of the United States Army during the Civil War from June 1861 to Nov 1864. He is buried in grave 109A, Section 1 of the Fort Scott National Historic Site, Kansas. According to his Military Record from the Missouri State Archives, Sgt. Waldron Scott was age 25 and served with the Union 7th Regiment Infantry Volunteers, Company F.

Entered service as a Lieutenant and was promoted to Captain. Lived and died in Vicksburg, Ms. after the was. Became registrar of voters for the city of Vicksburg. Was killed in a shootout in Vicksburg.
