My Great-Great-Granduncle. He mustered in as 1st LT, Co. I, on 18 October 1862 in Bangor, ME. He resigned his commission on 14 January 1863 in New Orleans. He later served in the 8th Maine Infantry. He died in 1912. I base my membership in the Military Order of the Loyal Legion of the United States (MOLLUS) through his service in the 22nd Maine.
