Henry Dietz - Private   
Henry Dietz was musterd in on Feb 3, 1865 at LaPorte, Ind.
Honorable Discharge in September of the same year. Later moved to Firth, NE Lancaster County NE and is buried in the Dietz Cemetery on the farm where he settled. Received a Civil War pension toward the end of his life at $20 a month.
His original enlistment papers identify him as Henry 'Deats' mispelled. Corrected years later at the time he received his pension.

William Cyrus Spoor - Corporal   
WILLIAM CYRUS2 SPOOR (Thomas1) was born on 30 Jan 1836 at Ohio. He married Henrietta C. German, daughter of Joshua German and Margaret Harshman, on 15 May 1861 at Starke County, Indiana. He married Lois I. Loring, daughter of Edward W. Loring and Rhoda Harshman, on 18 Nov 1879 at Starke County, Indiana. He died on 16 Jun 1907 at Starke County, Indiana, at age 71. He was buried at Round Lake Cemetery, North Judson, Starke County, Indiana.
His Ancestral File Number is 21R3-L4T. He enlisted as a corporal in Co. H, 151st Indiana Infantry Regiment on 20 February 1865 and was mustered out in Nashville, Tennessee on 19 September 1865. He filed an invalid pension application number 454,471 on on 11 Jul 1882.

5th Great Uncle - Private, Company I, 151st Indiana Infantry Regiment. Born on July 29, 1845, in Stark County, Ohio. Enlisted on January 30, 1865, in Bourbon, Indiana, and Mustered In on February 3, 1865, at the age of 19. The regiment was recruited in the 9th Congressional district of Indiana and organized at Indianapolis in March of 1865. It was mustered in on March 9 and left the state on the 13th, reporting to General Rousseau at Nashville. It moved to Tullahoma on April 14 and remained on garrison duty there until June 14, when it returned to Nashville. The regiment remained on garrison and guard duty until most of its members were mustered out on September 19. It saw no combat during its term of service. Mustered Out on October 18, 1865, in Indianapolis, Indiana. Died on May 27, 1910, in Lake Township, Stark County, Ohio. Brother of Private Jacob Fields, 35th Indiana Infantry.
