Jesse BradleyRank Unknown
This is the father of Jesse D. and William M Bradley who both served in co. F of the 28th Illinois volunteers. Jesse D. (my Great-great Grandfather) was severely wounded at Shiloh and received a pension from the Army. His brother served until 1864 when his enlistment was up. The father went in at age 51 and served until the wars end. He is buried in Niles Kansas and his gravestone lists his unit information. Jesse D. is buried in Haskew Cemetery on the remote plains of Oklahoma...I think William is buried in Abilene Ks...but I have not seen his grave.
