When it disbanded he left Mo and enlisted at Bayou de View, Arkansas, March 1, 1862; age 29; elected first lieutenant, May 26, 1862; wounded in the left arm on a scout, August 20, 1862; left at Barboursville, Kentucky, August 29, 1862, and captured; sent to Cincinnati, Ohio; exchanged, October 20, 1862; absent wounded in Arkansas, February 28, 1863; dropped from the rolls, April 30, 1863....Anything more about him or this unit would be greatly appreciated
