Joseph Arnould - 1st Lieutenant   
Joseph Arnould was my Great Grandfather. He enlisted on
28th Aug 1861 into 55th Regiment, NY Infantry. Was wounded at
Battle of Seven Pines in the Peninsular Campaign - May/June 1862. Mustered out 12th Sep 1862. Died in New York on 25th
January 1908 aged 78 and is buried in the Civil War Section of
New York Green-Wood Cemetery Lot 24726, Section 199.Had lived
in New York for over 60 years.
