William Luffborough Boone

Boone, William L. (Enlistment 24 August 1861).
This is my cousin 5X removed.
William Luffborough Boone, born 4 February 1818, and died on 11 March 1885. He is buried at the Pleasant Plains Cemetery in Lebanon, Kansas.

He was the Regimental Quartermaster Sergeant, Third Independent Battery of the Third Indiana Light Artillery.

William fought at the Battle of Lone Jack, but I don't know what his rank was during the battle.
