Company A
Christian Ripley - Corporal
I am a great-great-grandson of Christian Ripley. He served throughout all four years of the Civil War including most of the major northern battles. After Gettysburg they were sent south to join Sherman and the 'March to the Sea'. After the war he returned to Belle Valley, PA where he married, fathered seven children and built the home that was in our family until the early 1980's. I'm interested in communicating with other descendents.
