Job W. Rickards

Job W. Rickards, of Philadelphia, joined the 15th Pa. Cavalry when he was 40 years old. He was mustered into service in October 1862 and assigned to Company L. A participant in the mutiny, he was transferred in early 1863 to Company A. After war service, he was active in Philadelphia politics in the 12th Ward (Northern Liberties) and received an appointment to the Postal Department, serving until his retirement at age 70. He died at the age of 94 on January 19, 1917, in Philadelphia.

Company D
Robert Duncan Coombs
- Private
Also called the 160th Pennsylvania Volunteers and the Anderson Cavalry. A Regimental history exists compiled by Charles H. Kirk in 1906. Robert D. Coombs was one of those who stacked guns and were declared mutineers. When the issue was settled he was transferred to Co F. He was captured near Dandridge, Tennessee and spent a year in Belle Isle and Andersonville before being exchanged.

Harvey E. Brooks

Joined the Anderson Cavalry in August of 1862. Was aslo one who stacked arms at Stones River, but joined the fight after a commanding officer was assigned the regiment. Transfered to Company A date unknown.

David C Tallant

Enlisted at Allegheny City for three years on 9/1/1864. Mustered in 9/5/1864, Allegheny City. Took sick at Atlanta and was evacuated to Indiana. Was at Military Hospital at Jeffersonville, Indiana, on November 20th, 1864.
Returned to unit at Lookout Valley in the first week in January, 1865. Mustered out at Nashville, TN on 21 June 1865.
