Jesse Sturtz - Private |
If anyone has any information about my ancestor, Jesse Sturtz, of Cook's Mills, Bedford, PA, I would like to chat with you. He and his brother Solomon enlisted in OH even though they lived in PA. I understand through family traditions that there were 12 Sturtz brothers living before the Civil War and only 2 afterward. I'd like to learn anything I can about the Sturtz's and the men of that family who gave their all for the Union. Thanks, Paula Edens, Salt Lake City
