Company Muster Roll records indicate that Pvt Thomas Landers, CSA served from 16Aug to 13Oct 1861. The muster was taken by J.B. Hyatt, but the date of the muster is not noted. Pvt Landers appears again on the Company Muster Roll of Capt A.B. McKee's Co, 108 Reg't Virginia Militia from 24Mar to 24Apr 1862 (taken agin by J.B. Hyatt). He enlisted each time in Union, Virginia (Monroe County), was never paid as per the roll, and was noted in 1862 to have been enlisted by Col Rowan.

I believe George was killed in battle, but have no proof of this. He and his brother Benjamin were in the same unit and died on the same day.
