John Brown - Sergeant
Brother of Wm. D. Brown, Co. A, 55th PA Vol. Father of George Brown of Co.A., 55th PA Vol who died in Andersonville Prison on September 15, 1864. John Brown was killed at Gettysburg on July 2, 1863. Buried in Gettysburg National Cemetery.

Hugh Rodgers - Captain
Prior to the war, Hugh was one of the leaders of the Shields Guards militia in Philadelphia. Hugh was also Captain of Company F in the 24th PA Regiment (3 months). He resigned his Captain's commission due to sun stroke in July 1862. In August 1862, he was recruiting in the Phila. Inquirer newspaper, and is listed as a Major. After the war, he became a Colonel in the National Guard.

Samuel M. Blauch - Private
Samuel Blauch, my ggg-grandfather was mustered into Co.G 115th PA regiment on 7/7/1862. 115th was decimated and combined with the 110th PA. Samuel was taken prisoner at the battle of Chancellorsville in May of 1863 and was held for 12 days at Belle Island. He was exchanged and returned to his unit. Was wounded slightly at the Wilderness, May 1864, but stayed with his unit. The 115th was largely decimated by heavy action and was consolidated as 3 companies into the 110th Pa. Reg.

Richard Gennett - Private
Richard Gennett was wounded in the leg on July 2nd, 1863, the day before Pickett's Charge. He died in January, 1934 and is buried in the Beverly National Cemetery in Beverly, NJ.
