He was with this Company till the close of war and was mustered out in Washington, DC (where the marched to)on 16 July 1865.
He Enlisted in Rome, New York on 30 August 1864.
This was his 2nd tour of duty within the Civil War, He was with the 7th Michigan Infantry 2 years prior, where he was hononarbly discharged after an injury

Augustus Hahn

Augustus Hahn served in Company F of the 146th NY Infantry Volunteers in the Civil War . He enlisted August 29, 1862 at Deerfield to serve 3 years under the command of Capt. Peter Claesgens. Mustered in as a private Co. F. Oct. 10, 1862. Captured in action 5/5/l864 at the Wilderness, VA. He spent ten months in Andersonville Prison in the state of Georgia. At the end of the war he was paroled. He was released May 1, 1865; mustered out with company July 16, 1865 near Washington, D.C.
