Drewry William Bridges - Private |

Great Great Great Grandfather. Brother to Cullen Thomas and William Bridges of the 'Orphan Brigade'. Drewry enlisted when Woodward reformed his unit Dec. 9th 1862 following the death of youngest brother, William Bridges, shortly after the battle of Shiloh. While it is not known for sure, the William's death may have played a role in Drewry's decision to enlist.
