William Moses Thomas has 15 cards in his archival file. He enlisted in Jefferson Co. Alabama on 27 Dec.1861.He was attached to the Hospital / Medical Dept as a nurse. He was captured 25 Nov. 1863 at Missionary Ridge, Tenn. He was sent to Louisville, Ky and on to Rock Island Ill. He was paroled on 17 June 1865 after swallowing the Yellow Dog. His home was at Blunt Springs, Blunt County Ala. He was my 3rd cousin 4x removed.
