Not at all. It's been well known and talked about in Western military sources. The methods used has been almost the same as seen in Syria.

Agree, Wazza. Without any double entendre intended, somebody has to train Russians in the use of these drones. I assume that earlier in the war there were some western troops training Ukranian troops in similar fashion.

The training the Ukrainians have been receiving is certainly paying dividends now. There is a huge difference in quality and tactics when you compare available footage. Drones are certainly a huge part of the battle space now. And very deadly.
