German equipment in Russian hands.

Many years I read a book, or an article about vast quantity's of German weapons and equipment warehoused by Russia at the end of WWII on the Eastern front. If anyone could provide a book title or link to a site on this subject I would be very grateful.
Best regards, Larry.

Larry, that’s fascinating. I’d like to know of such a reference too.

You might try “The Soviet Economy and the Red Army 1930-1945”, by Walter Scott Dunn. I also watched a u-tube video on captured German weapons from WW2, that were used in Vietnam.
